1) What made you decide you needed help pulling your wedding day look together?

New York is one of the best places to find a wedding dress, but also the most overwhelming as there are so many options! I didn’t even know where to start! I also did not have any idea of what kind of dress I was looking for, the price of a wedding dress – I was totally clueless! After one meeting with Julie, I knew she would not only make the process so much easier, but FUN as well!

2) What did you find most helpful about working together?

My family and I absolutely loved working with Julie – she truly became a good friend throughout the whole process. On our first (of many!) searching days, she provided a detailed schedule of our appointments, all of which she had booked herself. Everyone at each boutique knew and loved Julie making the process that much smoother. She was very professional, but also so very thoughtful and genuine – I felt like I was shopping with a good friend. Another bonus is I think she has excellent taste!! Wedding dresses are very personal and I truly felt like Julie wanted to find a dress that reflected my style. In the end, we ended up going with a custom made dress, which we could not have done without Julie. She coordinated everything – truly so helpful. She also asked questions that I would not have known to ask – very detailed and very knowledgeable.

3) How did you feel on your wedding day?

I was SO happy to have Julie with me on our wedding day!! She was a DREAM and made me feel so much more relaxed. We had a few issues with my dress as it was a little big and she handled everything without stressing anyone out!! She provided such value – steaming all of the bridesmaid dresses, helped with everything from hair to getting everyone dressed on schedule, and was such a joy to be around. Looking back on our wedding day, I will always be grateful to have had Julie there as she was crucial to the outcome of the day!!
